2022 Wiltshire Bee and Honey Day

We are very pleased to be the main sponsor for this year’s Wiltshire Bee and Honey Day at Devizes Corn Exchange, Saturday 8 October, 10 am to 4 pm.

Whether you are thinking of taking up beekeeping, an old hand wanting to learn more or simply a lover of nature and wildlife, there will be plenty going on for all ages.

Our friends at Earth Energy Education will be organising fun children’s activities including crafting flowers and insects for a pollinator display, solar science experiments and a chance to try out some solar-powered gadgets! 

And our ecologist Dr. Guy Parker will be giving a talk on the Future of the Bumble Bee in the British Countryside (13.45 - 14.45 pm).

We’ll also have bee-friendly wildflower seeds and samples of our delicious solar honey to give away, with larger jars of honey for sale to benefit the Bumblebee Conservation Trust.

Plus the annual county honey show, a chance to try some honey beer and lots of bee and honey themed stalls.
